Beautifully designed boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The Wi-Fi was practically non-functional during my stay, causing significant disruptions. I was disheartened that the advertised spa services were unavailable, which was one of the primary attractions for me. the process of accessing the main door was confusing, as I was given multiple keys and had to guess which one to use, especially at night when it didn't feel safe.

The staff’s attentiveness truly stood out, with Diva ensuring every comfort was met in our Luxury Room, including a swift arrangement for a work desk. Recommendations by staff led us to fantastic local dining, enriching our experience. On the downside, maintenance of some facilities seemed lacking, and occasionally, noise from the surrounding area was noticeable, slightly disrupting the serene ambiance we sought. The indoor pool was a pleasant retreat that made up for some of these inconveniences.

Attentive staff and cozy stay
From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel at home. The cocktails crafted by Shepherd and the lovely recommendations from the staff added a delightful touch. Each evening, we enjoyed the romantic turndown service, which made our stay even more special.
Despite the warm atmosphere, there were a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, and navigating the multiple keys to access different doors was confusing, especially at night. These issues detracted slightly from the experience, given the hotel’s premium positioning.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved the warm hospitality and enjoyed the lovely indoor pool. Checked out the Codfather in Camps Bay and went to the cultural areas for a tour, which was amazing. The staff were super helpful with recommendations, and getting around via Uber was easy. Would definitely stay here again!
The only downside was that the hotel's outdoor space could have been better maintained. it felt a bit neglected during our stay.
